Cope With Stress

Hi ladies, we may have experienced stress. Stressthat we experience can affect the body, mood andour behavior. 
To resolve to live healthier livesSome things that can relieve stress:

  • Positive thinking and calm

  • Get plenty of rest
  • Eating healthy foods may reduce the imbalance of chemicals in the brain
  • Sports such as cardio, aerobics, yoga ormeditation can reduce stress.
  • Laugh. Increased release of endorphins when someone is laughing. This hormone is responsiblefor presenting a feeling of comfort, so potent torelieve stress.
  • Contacting friends and relatives to share and tell stories.
  • listen to music
  • Playing with pets
  • Bath and hot shower
  • Watching a comedy film
  • on vacation
Do not let your body under stress is too severe andlonger to maintain your health.
